Took my kids electric scooter here to have the breaks looked at. They replaced the front but the back needed parts. They kept the scooter for a long time while I researched the parts I needed and helped me out alot. Very trustworthy and safe shop highly recommend
I had been looking for a pedal assist trike for over a year. James had me show him the trike I liked online and he went the extra distance to become a dealer for the one I selected. It took two weeks to arrive and they put it together for me the next day. I’m very pleased with their service and level of expertise. I love my etrike!!!
Update: Owner reached out and apologized for my experiences and offered to pickup my bike up, fix and return. James personally came to my house picked up my bike and returned fixed as promised. No question you can see that he is very passionate about his business and customers. Mistakes are definitely going to happen it is when people step up and take care of them that matters the most.
