I called Omni Heating & Cooling in Aurora because my old heating system, which was about 20 years old, stopped working. They quickly set up an appointment for the next day, but Curtis was able to come out that same day to check out the problem. After taking a look, we decided it was best to replace both the furnace and the air conditioning unit since both were pretty old. Blake gave us a clear and fair quote for replacing both systems and got the process started right away. They ordered the new HVAC units and finished the installation by Thursday that same week. In the meantime, they even provided a couple of space heaters to help us stay comfortable. The installation crew was professional, neat, and did quality work. From my first call to the completed installation, the whole process was smooth and we felt well cared for. Excellent service!

i called in the early afternoon because our house in aurora suddenly lost heat. left a message and frank got back to us quickly—he called within half an hour and showed up just a little later. he was really professional and got right to work. frank fixed the wiring between the thermostat, the gas furnace, and the electric ac. he even moved the thermostat to a better spot, which makes it much easier to use, especially for my elderly mother. our house is pretty old and has some tricky parts in the walls, but frank handled everything smoothly. the price was way better than i expected for all the time he spent. i highly recommend omni heating & cooling for furnace repair—great service from start to finish!
