I’ve been a customer since early 2025 and have referred at least 5 people to this business. I enrolled in VSP insurance (~$300) specifically to use here, then spent another ~$300 on Ray-Ban frames. The staff helped me select a pair and assured me the fit was good — it wasn’t. The frames are too wide for my face, a basic fitting issue that should have been caught. When I asked about an exchange they refused, no exceptions. The fact that I invested in insurance just to use at this location and still walked away with ill-fitting frames they won’t stand behind is really frustrating. The eye care itself is fine but I can’t recommend trusting their optical staff for frame fitting.

Definitely feels like a money farm. Felt rushed, no explanations unless pressed, walked out not feeling very sure about my eye health nor prescription accuracy. Service was a bit cold end to end In their defense, one qualifier is that I was not a good patient either, having written down the wrong appointment time. That being said, this is my second time having a similar experience

I’ve heard nothing but rave reviews about this place, but let me tell you, it’s way overpriced. They try to blame the prices on Trump tariffs, but the website shows better deals. You’d think a luxury eyewear optometry would have a good selection of luxury eyewear. I called ahead to see if they could order Cartier if I didn’t like the selection they had. I was told yes of course by lady on the phone. I get there and they said no. I wasted my time driving out to them. The guy offered me a huge discount for the Cartier they have IF I pay in cash. I asked for Prada, Versace, Dolce and Gabbana, and they said no. The Dita collection is slim pickings, and instead of showing me the latest styles, they showed me old Tom Fords and Tiffany. The Chanel frames look bland, and if you wanted it in a different color, they said no. I even heard a Korean guy tell a woman that he could order it for her, but for me, no?! I guess I have to be a member of the club to get that level of respect. What they have for decent prices are glasses that you can buy online for $40!! Now, I’m looking at other places that offer better service and are willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Where doing the bare minimum isn’t a struggle for them. Thanks for nothing Optikos.

Ive been hesitant to write this review because I hoped they’d address the issue. Initially, I spoke English, but Mark didn’t realize I understood Korean. After wasting a lot of time there, I’ve decided to end my association with Optikos. Mark’s gaslighting tactics are simply unbelievable. He may have convinced me to never trust the Doctor, who owns the clinic. I was prescribed computer glasses to alleviate my headaches. Mark explained the benefits and how to use them, and I even got all the bells and whistles. I was excited about the purchase, and he was attentive. I paid nearly $700, which was after my insurance. I waited the allotted time to receive my glasses. They demonstrated how the blue light blocker works, but I didn’t want the purple tint that came on the lenses. He showed me some other filter without color. After trying the glasses out for two weeks, I returned, multiple times. They did not alleviate my headaches; they got worse. When I came back, he ignored me and handed me off to Jenny, who apparently is his daughter. She’s very sweet and kind, but I overheard him telling her in Korean that I’m problematic and that I don’t understand what I’m talking about. If you work in this field, I would expect you to be understanding and compassionate about people’s vision struggles. I would dive further into more details but I don’t want to drive up my stress levels. Utter nonsense was fed to me by this poor girl. I’ve decided to take the loss and never return or recommend this place to anyone. At least I can reuse these expensive frames. To the owner, I see that I’m not the first person to receive such horrid treatment. Please evaluate your staff pickings.
