I'm writing this review one year after purchasing my first pair of glasses here - having more experience now. I did not like the glasses I got from day 1 but figured it was my own fault and didn't say anything. This year, I have spent more time shopping for frames and now know that 1) the staff at most stores will help you select glasses that flatter you whereas the the staff at Optique are extremely hands off and 2) I was sold the wrong size frames. I only just learned that the frames I purchased at Optique come in three sizes and I got the largest - it turns out they are WAY too big for me and it's one reason they are so unflattering. No one told me there were different sizes to pick from or asked me my preference. This being the first time I needed glasses, I really just didn't know what I was doing. If you know exactly what you want and are experienced at buying glasses then they have very stylish options. If you don't, I suggest going somewhere else. I think you'll see the same difference that I did and end up happier.

I am a patient at Optique Seaholm. I slightly injured my eye and just needed to get it checked. Making the appointment was easy and at a convenient time. Dr. Z is very knowledgeable and professional. He made a few suggestions to ease the discomfort and help my eye heal more quickly. I will go in for my regular eye exam after my eye is healed.

Staff is amazingly helpful. Orion went out of his way to find me the right pair for the right price. He even went as far as to make sure that I got them via UPS because I was out of town. Excellent service.

Great service! Only thing I would call out is that they charge 40$ to do the exam without dilating your eyes. Not a huge deal, and still glad I went here, but I have never had to pay extra before for what I thought is just the normal way to do the exam now. Just a heads up, still would recommend!

I absolutely love Optique! I've been going there since they opened their first location downtown. The Seaholm location is where I go now. The staff are pleasant and professional. Dr Z is amazing I'm very fortunate. I didn't realize I was out of context so I went to order more and they actually provided me a free pair until mine arrived . It was very convenient . I'm going to continue using them as my Opticians until I can't.
