This shop is truly one of a kind! It's always getting new stuff in. Staff are always first class too! They always fold your clothes so nicely, and so polite and understanding. When I'd lost my phone at the till, the absolute gentleman set the clothes I was buying to the side while I retraced my steps. I was back an hour later, and he honestly seemed as relieved as I was that I'd found my phone. I'd say this is the best Oxfam in the country, the best charity shop in the country even!

My favourite Belfast charity shop for alt, unique or just plain weird finds! The vintage section can be a bit more expensive, but still better than your average for-profit "vintage" shop prices

I didn't find anything for me. But it is a nice charity (thrift) store. I like they have books

Very disappointed to find that unlike in almost every charity shop chain in GB and NI ( including Oxfam GB) you can only return items to the store of purchase. Fair enough..but it was the positive glee with which the manager told me this today( 14/12/22) as a long time customer, donator and even Oxfam volunteer ( in my youth) that really rankled. Not a hint of.." oh I'm so sorry" more like "Ha..we don't take other stores returns". Not a good experience.
