I took.my furbaby there cause she was dehydrated, I expected them to take her back to get her on fluids but they didn't and they took someone who came after me and their animal wasn't in distress, they finally took me in and had me go home, they called 15 mins later saying she wasn't going to make it. I got there and they had her on oxygen and it broke my heart he said he did a X-ray but couldn't do bloodwork, could not tell me why she was dying I ended up with 1200 dollar bill and no answers. Her name was Simba and she was my heart! Now I do not trust Vets, it seems it's all about money. I bought paw prints for 100 dollars, so I can make a memorial for her. I think she would have made it if they put her on a I V right when I got there. I am angry and heartbroken 💔
This team has saved our day so many times! I have brought a foster and my GSD in a few times. They have always given us a timely appointment. The customer service over the phone or in person is on point! I have seen three vets and EVERY one has been friendly and patient and let me feel heard. I am one of those difficult dog moms that has to express everything I feel is relevant. 😆 We are so grateful to have this team in the area. Last year we had to say goodbye to the foster (cancer). We were so supported through such a difficult time. Thank you so much for loving our fur babies as we do!!!
⭐ 1-Star Review ⭐ Deeply disappointed and heartbroken I brought my puppy to this clinic because she was acting very unusual — heavy breathing, not eating well, something was clearly wrong. She had no fever, but I trusted the veterinarian to look deeper and at least run basic tests to find out what could be going on. Instead, they did no X-rays, no lab work, no tests at all. I was told she was “fine” and sent home. The next morning, my puppy passed away. Since then, I have tried many times to call the clinic to get answers and understand what happened. Each time I explained who I was, the receptionist, Natalie, abruptly ended the call or transferred me and then hung up. There has been no concern, no follow-up, and no accountability — just avoidance. I am writing this so other pet owners are aware. In my experience, this clinic did not take my concerns seriously and provided no urgency or care when my puppy truly needed help. I never want another family to go through what we did.
I can’t recommend this vet enough! The entire team is incredibly kind, informative, and truly cares about the well-being of the pets they treat. They take the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions, and make sure both me and my pet feel comfortable. It’s such a relief knowing my pet is in caring and capable hands.
🐾LOW COST EXAM!! Goldie wouldn’t stop vomiting and super dehydrated. The Staff helped calm me down while taking great care of my little girl. Round of Antibiotics did the trick. THANKS DOC 👏🏼🤗
