I love this store the employees are always helpful. I specifically come to koreatown for this beauty palace. It not crowded as the others and have a good variety of products. Highly recommended - UPDATE DEC 2015 NO longer coming to this location, I felt rushed and ignored and when requesting a product was given a different one even thought she had the one I requested in the other hand. I wanted the refill she wanted to make me buy the whole product at the end I did 😥(peer pressure) when I got home I realized she sold me 1 whole and 1 refill. Im very disappointed I will just buy at san Anita mall or online I felt very discriminated discouraged

Very thoughtful ladies !! Tammy & Jasmine Are my faves!! I bought a few things and they sampled a few things. Each palace beauty has separate ownership so they all do their own thing they don’t all carry the same stuff. I love the ease of parking and all the options

I am super thankful for this store being so complete with all Covid19 weapons. As I am planning my air traveling, I was able to get superior masks from South Korea and some face coverings as recommended by the staff. She was really friendly and informative. The employees here are fluent in Korean and English. They have masks from China and also ones from Korea. Also a variety of hand sanitizers that don't have funky smells. Thank you for working for the health of Los Angeles!!!

There is hair shop inside of the Palace Beauty. It was time for a change, I grew tired of the brown I had and wanted to change it up to something new for the summer. I showed Kimberly a picture of this burgundy color I found and she delivered it looks exactly like the photo I showed her if not better. You can buy salon product as Half price and can apply right away at the salon inside of the beauty shop! Awesome!! Here is the result!
