Charged me $40 to send via FedEx for a USPS flat rate box that should $16.95 for 2 days. When I tried to have the double check, they told me USPS changed how they do those boxes (as a USPS agent), but that wasn't true. Thanks for overcharging, lying about it, and the bad taste in the mouth. Won't be going back. There was no line, so that's worth a star.

When I moved to Texas over two years ago, I found myself in need of a reliable mailing address. My life involves constant moving, often without a permanent address in sight, so I needed a solution that could keep up with my lifestyle. That’s when I discovered Parcel Plus—and they’ve been an essential part of my life ever since. Initially, I started using Parcel Plus for my personal mail. Their virtual mailbox service in Austin was exactly what I needed to manage all my forwarded mail, no matter where I was. Knowing that I had a dependable place to receive important mail brought me great peace of mind during such a transitional time. As my needs evolved, so did my reliance on Parcel Plus. When I decided to start my business, I naturally turned to them for a reliable business address. They helped me set everything up seamlessly, from notary services to handling all my business mail. The transition from personal to business use was smooth, and the team’s support made all the difference. Now, Parcel Plus has become my go-to for everything business-related. Whether it’s dropping off packages for US Postal (USPS), UPS, or FedEx in Austin, handling vital business correspondence, or even renewing my passport for an upcoming trip to China, Taiwan, Vietnam, Korea, and Japan, they take care of it all with efficiency and care. Both my partner and I frequently receive packages that require a signature, and it's a huge relief knowing our deliveries are safe from porch pirates. What really sets Parcel Plus Austin apart is the personalized service and genuine care they provide. Tabitha, Edwin, and their dedicated team have made Parcel Plus more than just a mail center; they’ve created a reliable, community-focused hub that I’ve come to depend on. Supporting small businesses in Austin like Parcel Plus is something I’m passionate about because they offer something that big companies often miss—personalized service and a connection to the community. If you're in Austin and need a reliable, friendly, and comprehensive service, Parcel Plus is the name to remember. After two years of consistently excellent service, I can confidently say that they are vital to our lives and a key part of our community. Thank you, Tabitha & Edwin, for making Parcel Plus Austin such a top-notch facility that we can always count on.
