The sales experience was 1st class. The only problem was a crazy guy (probably on the street) came in and started yelling crazy and highly objectionable things at me and my wife. He was very strong and full of fury. The police should have been called immediately. He was lingering outside and approached our car when we left. If he came too close to our car I would have backed up and run him over with intent to kill him. He was a true menace and VERY bad for business.

Huge selection of equipment on display. I was able to get a feel for the all-in-one home gym I ended up buying. Let's see if the delivery and installation are good! Edit: Installation was terrific and I LOVE my new gym.

I came in just wanting to browse and ended up finding something I fell in love with while I mull over the big purchase. Huge credit to Taylor who wasnt pushy, helped narrow down options and let me sit in the massage chairs for hours. I spent $2400 today and will likely be back for another $10,000 Compared to other stores this is the best in Austin hands down.

Purchased a Matrix rower and could not be happier. We visited several times prior to making a decision and never felt pressured. Had ample opportunity to try equip and ask questions. Delivery was scheduled for a bad weather / ice day so they made the effort to come a day early. Thanks so much! I cannot recommend Fitness in Motion enough.
