Thank you Arturo & your team UPDATE: I barely throw parties and the times I do I always book PDX jumpers. This last bday party was Last minute and the bouncer I wanted which was a bounce with a slide and pool wasn’t available that’s fine that’s what I get for doing it last minute. They showed me what was available so I picked the bigger slide pool combo that they had. The day of the party they showed up early and only came with the slide and said I never booked it with the pool? When i originally booked the pictures provided had the pool attachment. They left and came back with pool attachment appreciated that. But my real issue is usually when I book they come back in the morning for the jumper & tables chairs that I rent. This time the men that came asked to come back 7? The party didn’t start until 2 so that would be 5 hours total of use ? For $590. I asked the guys if the can please come late like 8:30-9? They showed up right at 8:17 while I still had guests over and pretty much ended the party right there and then since we didn’t Have tables or chairs to accommodate the guests we had over. This was my first time experiencing this and I’m truly sad about the whole interaction.
