I called the store at 8:30 in the morning and made an appt for alignment only at 4:00 “same day”. When I got there at 3:45 the receptionist which was very unprofessional and rude told me that they don’t have a tech after 3 to do alignment. 1) Why even sch a service when there’s no one to do it after certain hour. 2) her customer service was negative 10. She was looking at her computer while she was talking to me. I don’t recommend this location “s memorial pkwy” due to miscommunication, being unprofessional and rudeness. Unless you like to be treated like that, then go right ahead.
