I just want to say, every single time I have to visit this place, its a great experience. All the guys that work there,are very kind,courteous and don't make you feel like an inconvenience, that's very important when you are a woman, because so many times, we get taken advantage of, and here I don't worry about that. I usually try and deal with Izzy , he's great, treats me with respect and courtesy and always finds a way to make my visit less of an inconvenience. Highly recommend.

I ordered a set of Nitto Ridge Grappler 38x11.50R18LT tires. I was greeted immediately upon entering the shop and was scheduled for service within a reasonable amount of time. I was informed upfront that the wait time would be significant that day and that installing such large tires would take longer than usual. I appreciated the clear communication and chose to wait in the shop. The shop was clean, the staff very courteous and professional, and complimentary bottled water was available for customers. The technicians mounting and balancing my tires were excellent. It wasn’t an easy set to install, but they got it done.

The staff here looked out for him, handled his tires quickly, and treated him with the same care they’d give their own family. Took my Tesla Model 3 there. Ordered online Thursday, scheduled my appointment for Saturday and I was in and out in less than an hour. Not a scratch on the car and they took great care of it. Incredible service. Highly recommend! Update: So they damaged my wheel when I had to replace a tire due to a puncture but boy did they right the wrong. They put in a ticket and replaced my wheel. I just got it so I have to see if they install it without damaging it but customer service is top notch. Can't believe how they noticed the damage and owned it with absolutely ZERO push back. What a great place and they even followed up with me afterwards. These guys deserve a raise!!!

Discount tire is always the best, most consistent people company, I have ever visited. Yes, they sell tires, but they are in the people business and it shows, at every location I have ever visited in numerous states. Their service is second to none and I have never had a bad experience, after dozens and dozens of visits (used to live in a state where we had snow tires, so with 4 cars in the family, we were there a lot). I can’t speak highly enough about Discount Tire! Did I mention that they sell tires! :-)
