The store manager, Toni, made me feel incredibly uncomfortable during my visit. There were very few people in the store, and she was standing directly at the entrance, making it impossible to miss guests as they entered. As I walked in, Toni gave me a clearly unwelcoming, dismissive look and did not acknowledge or greet me. Moments later, she happily and enthusiastically greeted the family who entered behind me, who happened to be white. She then looked at me again without saying a word. In today’s climate, it is especially troubling to encounter dismissive and disrespectful behavior in a place where customers should feel safe, respected, and valued

This was my first time visiting this store and there was a major difference in the attitude of the staff working here from other locations. They briefly interrupted their conversation to say “hi” when I walked in but instead of offering help they went back to their weird conversation at the front counter where they were complaining about something ( I didn’t want to eavesdrop but it was definitely crunchy…). One of them was standing on the scale so I couldn’t weigh my dog. When we went to check out they appeared inconvenienced and stopped talking to ring me up. My dog excitedly sat waiting for her treat which they always offer at the other stores and when I asked if they give treats the female cashier looked at me with a frown and said “sometimes”. 🤔😱. What!? It was sooooo odd and uncomfortable. I just said never mind, paid and left. Won’t be coming back to this location 🙃

Staff here are always really nice and helpful! They have a good selection of higher-end dog foods as well

Jessica was amazing and help with a return issue as well as sizing for a dog item even tho they were 5 minutes untill closing. Very appreciative and my new fav pet food express. Thanks again Jessica!

The groomer, Taj, is amazing! She answered my message immediately and did the exact cut I asked for. And her pricing is fair! 10/10
