Closed early. Gave me the wrong back for pickup on 12/26/2025 Today, I noticed it is the wrong bag of food for my dog. Here's some background information: The day I picked up this bag of kibble, I didn't arrive at the store until 2-3 hours later. When I arrived, they did not have the kibble at the online-order shelves. A woman was informed about it, since she did the orders, insisted it was there. When told no, she went to the back for a bit of time, came out with this bag of dog food, apologized, and I left. I've used my $5 reward for this as well. It is pricer than the raw-coated. I asked for no substitutes. If you don't have the bag I've ordered, I'd like a refund. I am very unhappy. Update on 01/02/2025: Registers were down this morning, but I informed staff of the issue. I asked to exchange the bag if they have it. I got my bag, staff were understanding and calming to speak with. I'll move my 1-star to a 3-star.

We stop by to get a dog tag and they have the machine that makes them, you have to pay for the tag at the register before you can insert the tag and you can watch how is done. The tad has to stay in the casete for it is to get engraved, then you can remove it when it’s complete. Other than that, the pets looked clean and tranquil and they had good variety of toys and items

My in-store experience was fine. No waiting and there was mutual respect and courtesy. 👍‼️ The REWARDS system SUCKS. 2-step process of EARNING then LOADING is totally ANNOYING /- PLUS - it’s doesn’t work most of the time which causes confusion at the register. EINSTEINS BAGELS (steps away from your store) does it RIGHT: when points are earned they goes into your account and the cashier asks you if you want to use them or wait. Call me and tell me why this clumsy process works for you / because it does not work for me. Chewy’s doesnt annoy me …

I called in the morning to see if they had any grooming openings for my maltipoo and luckily for me, they were able to get him in same day. Woman on phone was very pleasant and happy to help. When I arrived, Jonathan helped me and was kind and professional. He was gentle and friendly to my dog, who hates going to the groomers but is just a bit dramatic as he does enjoy the warm dryer. He was ready within an hour and a half. Unfortunately, I was running errands and didn’t plan on him being ready until the two hours were up, so he had to wait a bit longer. My pup was so happy and didn’t seem nervous or stressed after picking him up. Overall, Jonathan was great! Highly recommend and he even took it upon himself to book me in 5 weeks, just before the holidays. I’ll be back! Please recognize Jonathan. Thank you!

Good pet supply store. Everything from nutrition, over the counter medical supplements, toys, bedding, leashes etc. Some locations provide pet training, grooming service and or vet services and vaccinations for your furry friends. They offer delivery service through Dashers which is a plus if you are short on time. Over all pretty great🐕🦮🐕‍🦺🐩🐈🐈‍⬛🐱🐱
