Dead fish in tank. Disgusting and disturbing to children

Their fish section is really upsetting to visit. I always see dozens of dead fish in the tanks and have come across dead fish on the floor as well. They have a good selection of dog products though.

BEWARE!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. TRUST ALL THE REVIEWS ABOUT THIS LOCATION, THEIR STAFF, AND QUALITY OF SERVICE THAT SAY THIS AS WELL leaving this review here as well, because they set up Petsmart grooming as separate to hide all the poor reviews They’ve cancelled our pet grooming appointment NINE times - all within a half hour of our appointment time with no notice - over the last 2 years - horrible experience without any consideration for their customers and pets. Very unreliable and the 2 groomings we’ve had done have been the worst quality They’ve offered slight discounts on future groomings to avoid us posting, but for other pet owners - it’s so worth the additional cost to have a reliable, quality service provided by local businesses that actually care about your pet Horrible, horrible experience with Petsmart - let’s support other businesses that value customer and pet care and hold them accountable for their poor behavior
