Everything has been great until recently when doing an online pick up. I got a notification my order was ready and when I arrived and called to have my order brought out the person that answered sounded super annoyed and mad that they had to help me. Love the store but won't be coming back because of the person that I talked to.

I was told that there was an ick infestation, but was still asked if. I wanted to purchase some. Why wouldn't you have a sign or something?
