Dont give these people the passwords to your phone specifically if you're a woman, they will make up excuses saying they need to ship your phone to tampa etc but its all lie to go through your phone and pictures. My girlfriend went over to fix her phone but a couple of hours later when i found out she gave up her password when i advised against it we called up to check on the phone and the huy said they need more time for the glue to stick and that we can pick it up tomorrow but i said no that coming to get it now as i dont really trust because the first few times i went there they kept giving us the run around about shipping the phone to tampa etc.. so i show up to get the phone, my girl goes to check her screen time to see what app had been used and it shoed he spent minutes on her pictures, messages and snapchat. Definitely wouldn't trust these people but they're able to fix the phone at a good price

I came in there about 2 and a half weeks ago with 2 iPhone 15 pros that needed the front and back fixed and cost about $600 for both which I paid for before the repairs. The first phone was fixed by the next day (but it got a scratch on it in less than 24 hours but I won’t be returning back there to fix it) and we were told to come back the next day for the other phone. We did around 6 pm just for him to tell us it’s not done. No phone call. No communication. We came back when we were told to. Told us to come back the next day around the same time due to ordering a part. Still no co plants from me as of yet. I came back the next day around the same time and he said it can’t be fixed and I need to buy a new one. Yet again, no phone call. No communication. He told us that he can’t do refunds on a repair so I will need to buy another phone. I already spent $300 on my son’s iPhone 15 pro and he tried convincing me to buy an iPhone 14 Plus for an EXTRA $200. I said that’s not happening so he lowered it to a lousy $150 extra. Still not happening. I said I demand a refund because the screen was working when I left it and now the screen won’t come on. He even told my husband that if we take the phone back without getting a new phone then he would need to get his parts back since the phone isn’t working. So he basically wanted me to give his store a $300 donation? He finally said he would ship it to Tampa to fix it and anything extra, he would do for free. I tracked the phone everyday and he never sent the phone to Tampa like he said he would. According to him, it was sent 10 days ago, which I know is a lie. I called 2 days ago saying I will get the police involved if I need to because the phone should have been done over a week ago, according to him. Finally, we did get the phone back after 16 days!!!! The one and only reason I even gave them 2 stars is because they actually did fix it for no charge extra. But when my mom came to pick up the phone, she saw a sign up that said they will refund you if they can’t fix your phone. Sounds like they just wanted more money out of me and were upset that I refused to spend a total of $500 on an iPhone 14 Plus. Now I will be doing research on good, reliable, trustworthy cell phone repair companies to fix the phone the got scratched within hours of them fixing it. My guess is, they use the cheapest screens ever because that phone is my mom’s phone and her key barely touched it and there was a screen protector on it. Long story short, go any cell phone repair company other than here unless you want to give them a donation of $300 🤦🏼‍♀️

Mohammed works super fast. I turned my phone in with a completely shattered screen. He told me he can get it done by 5 o’clock and he got it done a whole 30 minutes earlier. He just wanted to make sure everything was good insecure best worker amazing character very funny. Great employee over all five stars. He makes the experience better thank you Mohammed – 🫶🏽abby
