Genie IT Services is an excellent service oriented company that truly means it when they say they want the customer to be perfectly satisfied with any services they provide. They have helped me with numerous computer issues including making a home visit to help me set up computer, printer, and second monitor. The tech genius (no pun intended) Justin made sure everything was in excellent working order. He also fully explained all functions I needed to know. Answered all my questions even when I asked them twice. There remote service is highly recommended. Very easy to get in contact with them. They do get back in touch with you within 24 hours when you go online to get technical assistance. All employees I have spoken with have been extremely professional. I want to particularly compliment Justin for being very patient with me whenever we have spoken. Same goes for Ben. Ben remained on the line with me after his workday to make sure all matters were resolved so that I would not have issues over a long weekend. Thank you for that Ben. I am very glad that an individual as myself who is not very computer tech savvy can rely on Genie IT services to help me get through computer, printer, and scanning issues.
