Highly recommended! Moved back to area and wanted to find a local Jeweler. From the time I walked I knew I found the perfect place. Amy has helped me with repairs on several pieces and just last week assisted finding the perfect earrings for my grand daughters. I love that you can describe what you want & they find it! If they don’t have they get it quickly. Rachel is such a gem, she is working with me to replace an heirloom ring that was lost last year. While visiting this morning, she helped me find my husband’s Christmas present for me lol. Wrapped and ready for the tree. Beautiful classic diamond necklace that will compliment my earrings. Great variety of items. They have a beautiful selection of jewelry! This morning they had some pieces on sale for the holidays! Definitely worth stopping in!

I went in to buy my very first engagement ring today. When I brought my girlfriend in to look at rings together, the people inside the store were extremely helpful and very informative. After looked around for about 10 to 15 minutes, we were immediately seated and helped to try on various rings. Keep in mind the store was very busy and the customers were very energetic. The staff was extremely helpful and levelheaded and knew exactly what to say and how to help us. Miss Linda was the woman who assisted me in picking out certain things that we liked about the rings. She handled the interaction with professionalism and great care. Today only about one month after the first encounter with Miss Linda the ring is now in my possession, and the process was so smooth. I barely even noticed it happened. There was no stress and no haggle. I got the best deal I could’ve ever hoped for. The ring is even more beautiful in person than it is in the photos. I can’t wait to propose with the ring I got from Pickett Brothers. Picked up the wedding band. It’s simple but gorgeous and will look amazing next to the engagement ring! Thank you Mrs. Linda.

Even in the face of something completely unexpected—when an inclusion appeared in my engagement ring’s stone during a routine cleaning (a rare fluke and absolutely no fault of the jeweler)—they went above and beyond to make it right.
