For Security, works in jewelry stores are very risky, most for the ones wich displays very expensive items. Even for a client is never good be in the right place in the wrong time. I was around today and this is the officer from Centurion Security enjoying himself drinking and watching videos. Zoom the picture you will see. Seems no one of the staff bothered.

I have purchased a couple of things from Rohan and his father, I thought enough of them to send numerous people to do business with them and I plan to continue to do business with them, I also believe they should have some sort of incentive program for loyal customers that have sent them lots of customers and their family has made alot of money through, great place to get a very nice piece of jewelry, one of the best Jewelers in the city, if not the best in Duval, my personal opinion. I have had my piece for years now and it still looks amazing, custom pendant Gorilla Head. /G\ Salaam. Had to sell my chain due to an unfortunate situation, Rohan or whatever associate that dealt with my people, clearly I know gold is significantly higher than it was at the time of the original purchase, I hear they asked about the little nicks on the back of the pendant, I want all my folks to know that have done business with Rohan that should they ever have an issue and have to sell off a piece of jewelry to be mindful, on top of that they had a flyer out about the purchase of jewelry, I know its Penney weight and all that but a 280.8 gram chain and a 80 gram pendant, you definitely could have done better for me than you did but I understand that business is business. Great experience with Rohan .But not really with the rest of the staff. I've been there many times, made purchases,and had repairs done, and the pricing and customer service are very inconsistent. My jeweler in Ny actually never even charged me for repairs, which I believe is a great way to retain loyal customers. Although we have negotiated decent deals in the past , there were a few times that I've decided to purchase from other jewelers due to the high prices. They do have great inventory and can pretty much custom make anything.
