Adorable kid salon! Rachel did a wonderful job interacting with my daughters and cutting their hair the way they wanted. I ended up having her cut my hair as well! So convenient that moms and dads can get haircuts here also! She was friendly and knowledgeable. I liked that there was a train set, books, and toys to play with while waiting as well. I highly recommend this place!

I’m sorry to learn Miss Karla is leaving! She’s so fantastic with the kids! She’s the only one my son has ever sat remotely still for! I wish she would tell us where she’s going. I’d follow her anywhere! The other girls are nice too, but the connection just isn’t the same.

I’ve been coming to this location for years mainly for the experience not the stylist. The hair stylist definitely need more training, I'm not sure if there even licensed the way they cut hair it’s more like it’s a learning program or school with no teacher than certified stylists. My son’s hair cut always comes out a little bit off and choppy. This time it was too short on the top looked funny. I feel bad for him because there’s nothing I can do to fix it when he goes to school except let it grow out hopefully the kids at school don’t tell him anything. There’s always hair left all over him also when we leave have to go straight home to shower and change clothes. I do a better job at cutting his hair but he likes the movies and toys they have. My child stays completely still almost falls asleep while they’re cutting his hair so it has nothing to do with a child moving around. Would not recommend for a decent haircut.

The worst experience and customer service. I had an appointment and was already on my way when they called me. I told them I would arrive in 5 minutes, and they said that was fine. I arrived exactly when I said I would, and they then told me they could no longer take me because they had a 10-minute grace period and it had already passed. There was one employee sitting and another one standing—both doing nothing. I showed her my phone and proved it had only been exactly 10 minutes, and she still insisted she couldn’t help me because they had more clients (I didn’t see anyone else arriving). I reminded her that she had called me and told me it was fine, and the receptionist just stayed quiet! So why make me waste my time and call me saying they could assist me, only to deny the service the moment I arrived? Appointment was on Nov 2; here is the proof of the call I received. RIM location.

We had such a great experience at the shop! Corinne did my little one’s first haircut. She was so professional, patient, and kind. Highly recommend her for first haircuts! We also booked Maggie for my boy’s regular haircut and she was amazing so skilled and friendly. She’s definitely one of the best! 🩵
