Two of the Managers, one named Manny this last Sunday saved the day when a private boat rental didnt show up. The staff assisted so quickly and actually apologized for the other company's rudeness. They were very busy and yet took so much time to help us out. They saved the day! The process was seemless the boat was fun and their kindness and attention were amazing! Saved the day foe the family of 6 !

Boat was old and in terrible shape, the engine bogging down a lot. Boat is not maintained, parts like the ladder falling off the back. I cut myself in a screw poking through a seat that was too long for what they had used to re-fasten the loose seat back down.

Had to switch boats at start because one we rented needed maintenance we were not told about until after boarding, once finished engine wouldn’t start and ignition broken so we had to get towed

Oh look another bad review. They forget to put an anchor on the boat wasting an hour of our rental and then the motor started jumping around and we had to get towed back to the dock for an hour limping bouncing around on the water. Not a single apology and they offered to refund half. Maybe you should maintain your boats better and not forget things like anchors on your rentals. Save your $500 and go with a better company that cares about their service.

Amazing veiws, lake and machines! Walked in to rent a jet ski for an hour and got it no problem. I think I got lucky they weren't super busy at the time. Decent pricing and got my deposit back around 24 hours later as said. Only downside is paying for gas after returing and it is a big deposit. $1,000 per boat/jet ski which can get very expensive quick. You do get that money back, but if you can't afford to have that money frozen for about 24hrs it does make it difficult. Otherwise I had an amazing time and the guys treated me with respect and got me on the water as quick as possible.
