I used to like using Plus IT so I didn't want to give too bad a rating. They're really great people but you have to be super careful when getting rates from them. My last thing I had them do I was told would be $120 over the phone but it wasn't really communicated that it was an hourly wage and I was informed 3 hours into them doing it that it was an hourly rate so please do be aware of that and make sure you get the full quote for anything from them. $470 for a laptop transfer that didn't even transfer everything properly because they used OneDrive made me not want to continue going here, but they're great for physical parts fixes.

Great service and simple explanations! Mike helped me by fixing my gaming laptop and setting up my girlfriend's new school laptop. He was great at explaining everything he did using terms that I could understand. Both computers are running great. Thanks Mike!

Brought in a self-build desktop that kept on restarting for some odd reason. They checked every possible problem and even went through the RMA process for my graphics card. This whole process took quite some time and they were patient with it. My work order was also constantly updated online and by phone so that kept me assured things were proceeding smoothly. The price for all that work was reasonable and actually didn't cost that much! If anyone has some tech issues, I'd definitely recommend Plus IT.

I took my computer in to have a free diagnostics and the staff was outstanding in explaining what all they did to it. I have never had IT support with this high of a caliber. Plus IT is the only place to take your computers and I hope they spread throughout the central valley so everyone can experience my satisfaction.
