I recently saw a negative review about Paty’s Flowers, and I just wanted to share my experience because it was completely different. When I went in, I was helped by a young girl with braces I believe her name was Lupita and she was so kind and respectful. She took her time helping me, answered all my questions, and made me feel really comfortable. she had such a friendly and welcoming attitude. Customer service like that honestly makes a big difference, and it’s the reason I would go back again.

I went inside and asked for a bouquet of 50 roses and I was being friendly until the girl with orange hair at the front in the cashier started rolling her eyes and giving me bad attitude just because I was asking for a lot of specific details for the bouquet!! Disappointed won’t be going back.
