Back in July 2024 I was having a conversation with a friend andI mentioned how as a man in my mid 40s, I needed to find a new hobby that provided both physical activity and mental stimulation. I needed the physical activity to maintain my health and mental stimulation so that I wouldn’t end up wanting to quit due to boredom. He told me how he really enjoyed learning Jiu Jitsu at the school he found. He invited me to attend class with him later that at POW Martial Arts and I’ve been hooked ever since

My son started here just a few months ago. I have already noticed an improvement in his self control, confidence, and awareness of safety. He has been loving his experience at POW and is excited to continue to learn and grow! I’ve been very impressed with what he has learned already and very happy with the program and the community it has created. Thank you POW!!

Our 7 year old started with POW about 4 months ago and the difference we have seen has been incredible. Even his teacher at school has recognized an improvement in his attention and self-control! The most unexpected thing we've come to recognize is his confidence, his use of his voice, and resilience. We can recommend Master Coleman and POW enough. He mixes in fun and discipline in the best way and our kids are thriving under his direction! He also makes time to instruct parents to be encouraging and includes us in the lessons as well. It has been the best experience.
