Regular yearly. Debbie, Doctor V and the rest of the crew took great care with my very nervous dog. Really appreciated how they took the time to make him comfortable.

My cat, Buddy, just had his 6-month check-up, and I just want to thank Dr Stewart for being SO thorough during our visit! She took the time to sit down with me and go over each of my concerns, and any updates to Buddy's condition since his last visit. She was so gentle with him, and understanding with me (when I confessed to not being able to restrict his feeding as much as we'd planned). Her handling skills were wonderful, and Buddy never flinched as she examined him and gave him his rabies vaccine. Sydney, the nurse, was equally wonderful, and gathered a full history for Buddy at the start of our visit. She was kind and efficient and put us at ease. In fact, Buddy was so comfortable that he was strolling around the room and jumped up to look out the window! Thanks to Esa and Rosa at the front desk for their assistance in getting us checked in and checked out. I'm very impressed with the clinic's procedures; everything from settling in to checking out is done in the room so that the animal doesn't have to be trundled around the building in a carrier. How thoughtful! We really appreciate Rockhill Pet Clinic and are SO glad that Buddy receives his care there! ________________ I just want to acknowledge the assistance that Ophelia gave me when I stopped in to pick up food and schedule a follow-up appointment for my cat, Buddy. I had questions about a short trial of different wet food, as he's been throwing up recently. She and I discussed it at length, and we also talked with Debbie, and came up with a plan of action before the appointment with Dr Stewart. MANY thanks to Ophelia for her gracious listening to my concerns and thoughtful consideration of the options. I appreciate you! __________ We want to give very special thanks to Dr Miller, Dr Stewart, and--as always--Debbie, the senior RN, for taking such good care of us and our outdoor kitty, Harry, when he had to unexpectedly be put down. Dr Miller was able to see him on an urgent-care basis the day we brought him in, and after talking with us about the options, agreed that we could bring him home for one last night of care and love in a familiar environment. When we called the next morning, Debbie was able to give us an appointment within the hour to bring him in for euthanizing. Both Debbie and Dr Stewart were SO kind, and SO gentle, ensuring that they handled Harry as painlessly as possible, and giving him an injection to completely relax him before giving him the lethal injection. We were able to be with him the entire time, and petted him and told him what a good kitty he was, and that meant a lot to us. Many, MANY thanks to everyone at Rockhill for taking such superb care of not only our pets but their owners as well. We are SO grateful for all of you! ____________________ I just want to give a special shout-out to Debbie, the senior nurse, for her invaluable assistance today. Our cat Buddy was constipated and I called the clinic this morning for advice. Debbie hypothesized that he might be a little dehydrated (despite having fresh water, due to the summer heat and humidity), and she recommended we add a little more wet food to his diet--possibly mix in some water to make extra-gravy. We followed her advice, and by this evening Buddy had used his litter box and was back to his normal wonderful self. THANK YOU, DEBBIE!! _________________________ Again, I can't say enough about the great team at Rockhill! Dr Miller has so many wonderful professionals supporting her. Debbie, the senior nurse, is AWESOME about communicating with me, and truly cares about Buddy. She's very wise in her advice regarding Buddy's health and managing his home environment to address his weight and asthma issues. Jade, Jessica, Alison and Lanae are also on the list of great folks I've dealt with; thank you all so much! _________________________________________
