A little afraid of spending the money for the 18 inch hammerhead surface cleaner, but by far one of the best purchases I’ve made for the business! Aside from it working absolutely amazing, powerful smooth, and elite. The information that was shared by Uriel his product knowledge, patients and attention to detail to what equipment I have what would work best is worth every word of this review! He doesn’t just know his stuff he cares about what’s gonna work and what’s gonna work best! I totally appreciate his personality and profile. He represents power wash.com to the fullest and power wash.com needs to know and everyone else needs to know he is the model PROFILE! Support has made me make power wash.com my number one go to and all my power wash and soft wash needs! Thank you again, Uriel….!!!!!

Go somewhere else! Purchased an unloader valve, had a specific question regarding the bypass configuration on the unit purchased, and they could not remotely attempt to answer the question and just sent me google responses and youtube links.

Went to Powerwash in Fort Worth to get fittings for my bleach system. Henry, Allan, and Isaiah were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They took the time to walk me through everything I needed and helped me properly set up the system. Great customer service and a solid experience overall. Highly recommend working with them.

Ordered almost $500 worth of items and were told they were not in stock and they didn't expect to receive them. A month after asking them to refund our money, I filed a dispute with our credit card company.
