We hired CertaPro Painters of WNY to remove our family room popcorn ceiling, paint it along with the walls last week. Alex was very professional and meticulous. He made sure the ceiling was perfectly smooth, walls thoroughly covered and completely cleaned up after the job was done. We highly recommend Alex and CertaPro.

Bert from CertaPro was at our home for one week. The job included wallpaper removal from the living room, dining room and hallway and painting of same including walls, trim, doors and ceilings. Bert was prompt, courteous, and cleaned up at the end of every day. He was very friendly and answered all questions we had. His painting skills are fantastic and we are very satisfied with the excellent job he did for us! Thank you Bert and CertaPro!

I hired CertaPro as they had great reviews. I could not beat the price or the time frame of the work to be completed. They did the scraping and patching in one day and was able to paint the house and wood soffit the next day! Highly professional, kept the yard clean and truly respectful of my property and to me the homeowner. House looks new again. I highly recommend CertaPro for all painting needs. Excellent workmanship!

CertaPro Painters of WNY did a great job! Mike gave us a competitive quote that included repairing areas of my house that needed it. He assisted us in selecting our colors including changing it right before they got started. Cindy, the Project Manager, did a fantastic job answering our questions and keeping us up to date on the changing weather that delayed our work a bit. The painting crew, led by Edwin, showed up every day and his team worked diligently and professionally. Always cleaned up each day before they left. As the crew neared the end, Cindy was again there to do a final walk through and get any areas that needed touching up completed to my satisfaction. We are very happy with the job that CertaPro Painting of WNY did. Update. Sept. 10, 2025 In late spring, I called Mike to let him know that there were a few areas that I wanted him to look at that now that winter was over. Mike came over and noted several spots that could use touching up. He told me that he would get us scheduled and that he would keep us posted. Yesterday, Ken came out to address the issues. Ken was GREAT! He walked around my house and referred to the notes that Mike took and he said that he would take care of everything. Ken was very professional and clearly knew what he was doing. After a while Ken was finished. He walked me around showing me what he did and the few extra things that he did. Everything looked great! Not only does CertaPro do a great job, they stand behind their work! Very happy.
