Andrew Charlie at Premiere Tax & Accounting totally saved me from a messy tax situation—both business and personal, mostly my fault. I hate dealing with that stuff, so I was stoked to hand it off and get great results. Highly recommend Andrew and the team!

Originally, I was not planning to leave a review because my wife had already left one. However, after the continued lack of professionalism, lack of respect, and dare I say cowardliness. I felt it necessary to leave one myself. My wife and I moved to KY from NY in 2022. Knowing NY can be complicated in multiple areas we chose to use a tax “professional” to help us. We worked with Andrew if you could even call it that. He stated NY can be more difficult. But assured us he could handle it. Which was the first as he called my wife “absurd” step in our nightmare of problems with him. We gave him more than everything he needed to complete our taxes and if he knew what he was doing when it came to NY tax paper work he would not have screwed up our taxes to begin with. After having to send our tax info back up to NY to have our prior tax guy fix Andrew’s mistakes we were informed that nothing was out of the ordinary at all. I believe in his response to my wife he stated how it is always the client error when there is a problem. Really shows how humble of a man he is. He also, if not blatantly implied she had lied about the issues we had with him. Not to mention if he work “so hard” on our taxes you would think there would be something to show for it. I didn’t mention the fact that he called us at 10:30-11pm (before the final day to have your taxes submitted) and asked if everything looked correct to us now. (Come to find out they were still wrong and he also never submitted “corrected paperwork”) My response to him was I have no idea what they should look like that’s why we are having a tax professional do them. He also stated that I would show up unannounced. That’s usually what you do after 2+ months of someone avoiding your calls and e-mails. Especially, when they have your government documents and are responsible for submitting your taxes. So I don’t think that’s unreasonable at all. I requested our money to be refunded in the beginning after Andrew stated our taxes had been finished and were not finished. (Because when you pay someone you usually expect whatever service or product as it was told to you.) I told him that day once it had been finished and corrected. I would pay him. But that seems to have slipped his mind. Again, there was almost zero communication from him at any stage. Which is also why he was never paid. 1) Because he never finished what he said he would. 2) It was practically impossible to actually discuss anything with him to even figure out what had been done and if it was time to pay him. (Which is not happening at this point) He also still never replied to me. However, did send my wife an aggressive email about how he did so much for us and thought it was not truthful of us to leave an accurate review. Also, for the record for the majority of this nightmare myself and especially my wife were more than polite to Andrew about this whole thing. At the 2+ month mark of practically zero reply by email or phone. That started fade pretty rapidly. I have not worked with anyone else at this company. But maybe they know what it means to be a professional and what good customer service actually looks like. (Even when they are busy.) I’ll leave that up to anyone who reads this and says I’m willing to take that gamble. We aren’t writing these reviews to simply trash talk or talk about our poor experience. We are leaving them so future customers will be aware of what others have been through. I hope this is helpful to someone.

Amazing people with great customer service. Premier Tax Service is a great place to go if you want to be treated like you matter. They take their time and work with me and help me understand what's going on with my taxes and my business. Andrew does a great job with everything he does for me from setting up my business and helping me stay in tune with what I need to do, to filing taxes and keeping books. I'll be a customer for life and so should you

Andrew was amazing with filing our business taxes. We went to him on a very short notice and he was able to deliver our taxes quickly. We value great communication and he was very responsive to our emails. Very well pleased!
