I used this company for tax year 2023. My return included 401K, home rentals, farm rental, and stocks and foreign income. Ramsey and Co. made mistakes on all of these forms. I refused return after return for failure to correctly complete the forms. At one point they even inflated my deductions.I am still trying to resolve one problem. Do not hire these people.

Talk about rude and unprofessional. Over the years, I can't explain how many screw ups there have been. This is our last year with these people. As someone else said, I wish Donna would open her own business and take this company's clients since the owner is as rude as the billing woman. To this company, it's all about making money, maybe they should concentrate on helping small businesses out, instead, they are hell bent on making sure you pay for every little thing they do. I do not recommend.

Our experience with W.R. Ramsey & Associates has been awesome! Hope takes care of all payroll matters like clockwork and she makes sure all of our payroll taxes are completed and filed on time. Mr. Ramsey (Bill) is beyond wonderful when it comes to income taxes, IRS audits, and financial statements. When Bill is handling an issue for us, I can have complete confidence in the outcome. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I would recommend this firm to anyone, whether it be an individual or a business.

Outstanding service. Bill Ramsey is amazing at what he does. He makes tax time so stress-free for me. He does all the work that other tax preparation companies have me me do. He takes great care of me and all my tax & business needs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
