Editing my original review as the level of care I’ve seen since my daughter moved through her third transition has significantly decreased. We are choosing to move her out of this establishment as we are confident we can get better care elsewhere. There are so many great teachers here but certain handling of situations has really lowered my confidence in this establishment. Leaving my original review below to see how in a moment in time we really did love this place. 5 star review left previously below. I started my 3.5 month old at primrose about a month and a half ago. The level of care my baby has received has completely exceeded my expectations. I love that I get so many updates throughout the day. The teachers in her class make it look so easy and they never seem overwhelmed. I was so nervous about dropping her off for the day but now I know that she is in great hands with all the caretakers. I am so happy I found primrose and that I decided to start my baby here when I returned back to work.

The staff has provided the best care for our little one. They document all incidents no matter how small and provide photo updates through the app. Our little one has learned so much in the past 6 months and loves attending Primrose.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this daycare! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and reassured. The teachers are incredibly patient, kind, and attentive, treating every child as if they were their own. The environment is clean, safe, and full of engaging activities that encourage learning through play. I love that the staff communicates regularly with parents, keeping us updated on daily routines, milestones, and even the little funny moments that happen throughout the day. Finding childcare you can truly trust is not easy, but this daycare has exceeded all our expectations. We feel so lucky to be part of this community and would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a nurturing, supportive, and fun place for their child.
