Priority Pest Control did a great job on my crawl space encapsulation. Adam did a thorough inspection of my crawl space and his recommendations were clear and concise. Adam was available to answer any questions I had before the job. When the job began, Daniel was the lead and he showed me the materials being installed and explained every step he was taking. When the job was done, I inspected the work by Daniel and his team and was very impressed. Great job guys!

We’ve had very good service from Priority Pest Services. They’ve gone over and above to provide excellent customer service to help us with not only pest control but also crawl space issues and service for our dehumidifier in the crawl space. We’ve used other companies in the past, but Priority has so far provided the best customer service experience making sure we’re happy customers.

There was an availability for my service earlier than planned because there was another cancellation. That worked out well for me. The specialist was a fairly large man, which isn't very conducive to climbing around small crawlspaces. He also didn't seem very familiar with the operation of my dehumidifiers and would have skipped checking the second unit if I hadn't shown him the other access panel on the back of the house. But he was very friendly and courteous!

I had a bit of a long story, but here’s the short version: I needed a termite and moisture letter for a shed to meet the conditions of a VA loan. Unfortunately, the seller’s termite and moisture company didn’t check the shed, and we couldn’t get in touch with them. I called Priority Pest, and they were amazing—quick to squeeze me in the same day! Their fantastic communication and fast service literally saved the closing.
