Came to my house, had a great meeting, and a great plan! After weeks of waiting I finally got a proposal. I immediately confirmed the order and confirmed regular service and offered to pay a deposit. He ghosted. I've emailed multiple times and he just disappeared. Such a bummer because they seem like a top notch company that are passionate about their work. Really surprised and disappointed to have them just disappear without even bothering to email back or call back. If you don't want the business that's fine, but at least write back to the customer and tell them that and/or make up a story about it to get out of it.
