We went to Lucky Strike to watch a 49ers playoff game and the experience was incredibly frustrating. Our waiter was not friendly and clearly did not know how to wait tables. For everything we needed, we had to repeatedly flag him down and individually ask for drinks, food, or any assistance at all. Our table was never cleared or bussed until we specifically asked. Our drinks sat empty for long stretches even though we wanted to order more. Eventually we were told the kitchen was so overwhelmed that our food order was canceled altogether and we would have to wait over an hour if we wanted to reorder. To top it off, when it came time to pay the bill, I had to ask for it eight times before it was finally brought to us. At that point we were just exhausted and annoyed. This was a completely ridiculous experience from start to finish. I will never return, even though this location is only a two minute walk from our home.
Groupon got us here and I'm glad it did. We used the arcade and it had enough to keep the kiddo busy for a while. Very friendly and helpful staff. Super clean establishment.
We placed an order for classic buffalo wings and never received them. Over the course of an hour, we checked in with staff multiple times, and they reassured us that they were working on our order. After an hour, we asked one more time, and they claimed they never received our order, contradicting what they said previously, and despite us having prepaid for the food. When we requested a refund, they said they couldn't provide one but that they'd have to email "the sales department" to get a refund issued. This is despite the fact that our friend was issued a refund in the spot after their food was delivered to the wrong lane. Absolutely horrible service.
We were visiting from STL and thought we would stop in after the Baseball game and we are so glad we did!!!! It was awesome so fun!!!! The setup was really nice and Videos as you play made it even better. The drinks were perfect and atmosphere was so cool. We had a Awesome time best blowing Alley we've ever been to. Everyone was so nice too!
I was in SF for a weekend trip, and stayed at the Hyatt Place hotel in downtown SF. I stopped by Lucy Strikes before seeing a late show. IM SO GLAD I DID!!! The waiter was friendly and attentive. I ordered a few drinks and some food🔥🔥 The drinks were delicious and the food made fresh and was super tasty🤤 I let the manager (super friendly and down to earth) know I satisfied I was with my order. I went back the next day to grab a quick bite before hitting the freeway. I would definitely recommend this place for drinks and food. I’ll have to come back to bowl sometime. 😀
