Very disappointed. Brought furniture from them including a lamp. The lamp is Brought never worked. I been waiting over a year for them to give me a new lamp. They never call back when they say they will. Will not be purchasing anything else from this store

We spent a little over $6000 here on multiple pieces. Bought a table and then a few days later they contacted me to tell me the dining chairs I purchased have been discontinued. We were also told we would have our furniture delivered in three days and now they’re telling us it will arrive in 3 weeks. Attempted to contact the salesperson and was put on hold for a long time. Attempted to call and they didn’t answer. Stay away from this place

Had a very pleasant experience as soon as I walked into Quality Furniture show room, there was a gentleman, sorry didn't get his name and Jannet who both helped me pick out just want I was looking for, delivery took a little longer than expected, but definitely worth the wait. I would definitely recommend Quality Furniture to anyone. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

This was my first time buying from this furniture store, and I had a very bad experience with the delivery. First, they told me a certain day and time, and when I waited for my bed, they made up an excuse that the truck had broken down and asked if I wanted to pick it up. They said I should come get it whenever I wanted. I had already paid for the delivery and for them to assemble it. It bothers me that this delivery company isn't reliable.
