Don’t be misled by the flat-rate claims—they don’t actually offer a true flat rate. These movers won’t wait even a minute beyond the scheduled two hours. If they agree to move something in the morning, expect them to show up only in the evening, without any update or response to your calls. Be prepared to do most of the heavy lifting yourself, as they often make you and your friends load items into the vehicle instead of using their own staff. During the move, they waste time downstairs while you wait for them to pick up items. If their allotted time runs out, they’ll simply leave your belongings in the lobby and rush off.

Had a last minute heavy move- they were very quick, efficient, professional, and very good at keeping communication. Other companies didn’t even bothering answering the phone- but they were very good at answering questions, providing quotes quickly, etc. I was impressed. The move was wonderful- they did a tough move in an hour, had high spirits, and took care not to damage anything. They even came with some funny dad jokes, free of charge. Overall price was good, and they went above and beyond to help. Thank you!

Quality Time movers was the best choice we could've made for our move. The guys were professional, organized and all around a great bunch to hang out with for the day. They were bang on with their quote. I was amazed at how quick these guys could pack the truck with no scratches or damage done to house or furniture.
