I was referred by A-1 Auto to have my tire sensors (TPMS) replaced. I pulled in by 10am this morning, was greeted right away, was told 45min to an hour...this place has tons of regulars and stays busy, but they are getting cars in and out very fast. It hasn't been an hour yet, but I had to write this as I sit here. They will definitely be getting my business again.
They treated me very well and saved me over 150.00 on a single run-flat Pirelli tire. The Mercedes dealership wanted way more, and treated me like I was invisible; all the other tire shops i contacted didn’t even have the kind of tire I needed. This place is great.
Although I had an appointment and had to wait 45 minutes before my car was pulled into the shop for new tires, they were very efficient in completing the work. While waiting, I observed a steady stream of customers dropping by to have their vehicle serviced. No appointment, no problem. Everyone was treated with consideration and courtesy. One customer brought lunch for the entire staff. It was apparent that customers like doing business there. It was an impressive experience in seeing how people respond to being treated as a valued customer.
I went to these guys for wheel balancing, and I can confidently say they care about their reputation, not about “quick money.” Everything was excellent — from talking with the female manager to the work done by Miguel. Special thanks to Miguel for his professional advice. I’ll definitely come back again — this is a true example of what a tire service should be!
After an extremely hot day, my car began to shake severely while driving. I suspected it was a tire balance issue, so I visited this shop—which had great reviews—and paid $80 to have all four tires balanced. However, the shaking continued. I even drove a 100-mile round trip thinking the tires might need time to settle, but the problem persisted. I eventually suspected a wheel issue and made an emergency appointment at the Tesla Service Center two days later. The shocking result: it was a tire balance issue. After receiving free service from Tesla, the shaking stopped completely—and has not returned for over two weeks. I came here on a friend’s recommendation, and I was initially impressed by the well-managed reviews and the good impression from the owner and front desk staff. I was even considering coming back to replace tires on my other vehicle. But this time, I’m disappointed enough to want to give 1 star. It really makes me question whether I can trust this place enough to have my tires replaced here in the future. As evidence, I’ve attached the Tesla invoice.
