At the moment, we are not thrilled with Rain City Pro. We have a washing machine that has been off balance every time it spins and the repair person came out. Looked at my video of what it was doing and immediately told me what it would need. Came back the next day and put in a new rod. Said it was fixed and left. It wasn’t fixed. Came back that evening. Spent an hour on the phone with someone else. Said it was fixed. It’s not fixed. I will add they have been responsive and fast on the return but after spending $350 and asking me to immediately give a 5 star review (which I initially did because I hadn’t run a clothes cycle) is frustrating. I will update and change this if they can give me a better outcome this coming week.
We selected RainCity Appliance Repair to connect a water line to our washing machine that had a slightly cross threaded intake valve connection. We were told that there would be a service charge of $89 to diagnose and that if we had the repair done the service fee would be deducted from the total repair labor and parts charge. The repairman Nick was able to reconnect the existing supply hose to the intake on the washing machine and did not require any parts. The total bill came to $224 for just the labor after the discount was taken off. I feel that the labor charge was excessive and expressed my dismay. UPDATE!!!! Management reached out offering to adjust my charges to what I had expected them to be for this service. I have a much better attitude toward this company and believe the compromise on price represents a position of customer satisfaction desired by RainCity. Thank you for demonstrating good customer relations.
Honestly, we were amazed at the service we received from Rain City. In the middle of the holidays, our washer broke and we needed help right away. We were impressed with the online reviews of Rain City, so we called them. They responded to our call immediately and Eugene came out the next day. He was so pleasant. He was very honest with us and explained things clearly. He ordered a new part and was back to repair the washer as soon as it (quickly) arrived. The communication with the office was excellent. The woman was very pleasant to work with. Both she and Eugene were professional and personable. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Rain City! Gayle and Hank Libutti
Nick was great! GE Dishwasher Heating Drying Element repair due to a plastic wheel fell off and melted to it during a cycle. Nick was easy to work with, efficient, & quiet working so not to disturb my two dogs which I had isolated away from him. Very nice guy let alone easy on the eyes!
My Amanda fridge broke, causing food poisoning. Nick did a fantastic job of repairing it. Very professional and qualified technician. Honest and personable. Give this man a raise!
