I spent $10.60 for a three finger combo. The lemonade was extra. It was an inch from the top one measly ketchup and I asked for an extra cup of ice and they wanted to charge me for it out of five restaurants with Chicken as their main menu in this area, not one charges for a cup of ice, not McDonald’s either not Burger King either they must be desperate for money is all I can say because that’ll be the last diameter ever spend with the cheap scapes !
They forgot my husbands drink and toast in 2 of our meals. I ordered 2 kids meals and only got one toy 😳 thanks a lot for the disappointment. Also short 2 toast but hey you live and learn . Not going back to canes . Waste of money half my order only lol
It was pretty kewl, there was lowk some huzz there so that was pretty exciting. I got the box combo which was delectable. When I went to pay I only had like 6-7 dollars and I had to use my anime debit card which was kinda embarrassing and the dude that was on the counter was ignoring me prolly cuz im chopped cheese. But overall it was aight and I would eat here again cuz im lowk a fat pig. 8.5/10
First time at this location First off the tenders were tiny and the food were soggy! I drove for less than 6 mins and the fries were so soggy. Overall yuck.
First, there was no Raising Cane greeting as they’re usually is in the drive-thru. The girl taking our order was kind of rude. She did not give me a chance to complete my order before interrupting. She also didn’t repeat that she acknowledged my change of the order and that was just placing the first meal. She was trying to give me the total before I was even done. I had not even ordered the second meal the raising Cane was not busy with a long líneas it usually is, it was only about 2 cars in front of us so I know she could not have been very busy at that time. Also, the chicken tenders look a lot smaller than they have before. raising Cane was always top of my list and it has dropped at least 2 to 3 down, which I feel bad for because their sauce is awesome back to the lady after we paid and got our meal From the window, I asked her if she was a person who took my order. I informed her that I was not trying to be rude and I don’t want to be rude but just wanted to inform her the way she took my order at the drive-through speaker she didnt seem to really care. All she said was well I’m busy. I’m doing many things and I do understand that but she should not have rushed everything and talk over me. She should have given the person a chance to speak or finish speaking before she jumps in to go into the next thing she didn’t seem to care she just had this face like oh well and I told her I just wanted to inform her of that because that does affect your store, but I think I may not go back to that one unless it’s an emergency raising Canes sorry it’s because of the customer service I received you should have nicer people and I expected the funny greeting as I always have and it always makes me laugh, and all I received was rudeness which made me up more upset. Thank you.
