They answer the phone when you call. They can schedule you pretty quickly and if warranty work is needed, they can generally fit a time in between other jobs to come back & take care of your plumbing needs. Reliable & Friendly customer service!

Excellent company excellent plumbers. Out water heater ruptured in the middle of the night and we had a plumber contacting us with next steps almost immediately at 2am. Greg, our plumber went above and beyond trying to get our hot water back as soon as possible and as cost effectively as possible and we can’t thank him enough for that. Great communication and a quick install. Can’t see us using anyone else for our plumbing needs.

Rayne has serviced our small complex several times. I called last night with a blocked storm drain and they did a great job. Bill called me back (from their answering service) in 5 minutes, we discussed the problem, he gave an estimated charge, and he arrived in under an hour. He was able to find + fix the problem (roots in the drain pipe) in about 15 minutes, and then spent the full hour cleaning as much of our drain piping as possible. Bill was clearly an expert at what he was doing, gave good advice on what preventative maintenance we should do in the future, and after this experience I'd recommend him + Rayne to anyone.

First I had problem with pipe leaking at my rental unit so I called Rayne Plumbing and they send Amy. She resolved that super quick. So next time I called I asked for her but she is not longer with Rayne Plumbing. They send Raudel and he was able to find problem and fix it same day. This time I called Rayne to send someone to replace my water heater. Fred come and he did job super quick. He was really professional. I recommend Rayne Plumbing to all my friends and they all had good experience. Five Stars Deserved!!! Thank you!
