I had Diego out here from Trio, heating and air. He came very quickly to diagnose the problem that I was having with my furnace with some leakage. Found the issue really fast and was very thorough, gave me quick solutions and now system will be repaired. Great customer service

I had a great experience with Trio Heating and Cooling from start to finish. The entire process was handled in a very professional manner, and communication was clear every step of the way. My project manager, Esperanza, was fantastic—she took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made me feel comfortable and confident with the work being done. The installation team was equally impressive. They were professional, punctual, and did an excellent job. The installation was clean, well-organized, and completed on time, with great attention to detail. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the results and the level of service provided. I would absolutely refer Trio Heating and Cooling to anyone considering mini split installation.

Our technician Edwin came out to help us troubleshoot an issue that two other companies previously did not find (incorrect fuse amps), resulting in our AC not working last weekend. He was prompt, communicative throughout the entire process, and an overall nice guy you can trust. Moreover, the company has an organized system to keep you up to date on who is coming out and their ETA so you can plan accordingly. We were so happy with the service that we ended up signing up for their maintenance plan to ensure we have Edwin continue coming out to help look after our HVAC units. Highly recommend.
