via Google I met Michael this morning a few minutes after 8am, because I was in need of a smog test for my
8 yr old Honda CRV...I was impressed with his organizational skills, the way he spoke to customers on the phone and those of us waiting for service. He spoke with everyone in the order in which we sat in the waiting room chairs. He knew when someone new had added to the group, honoring those that held their places in the chairs first. Michael knew many of the 5 or 6 customers that preceded me, speaking with them about their interests over and above their appointment. When it was my turn, and I spoke to my need, and even without an appointment, he assured me l'd be out within 25 minutes. He was not only organized, polite and knowledgeable, he was honest. I can highly recommend Reliable Auto Repair.
The lady sitting in the first to arrive chair next to me, told me she has been having her car serviced at Reliable Auto for as long as she can remember...she even knew other family members of Michael as a result of being a patron of the business.
What an amazing experience! I will definitely consider Reliable Auto for the next time I’m in need of automobile repairs, and or maintenance. Thank you Michael.

Spoke with Michael (who was very helpful), took my car in around 11:30am & the work was completed by 2:30pm! Michael & I believe the front desk guy was Raul were both great with communicating & keeping me updated on the work that was being done on my car! My car runs good & sounds normal again! The price was great as well, considering another auto repair place quoted me a way higher price than Michael & couldn't have my car done with same day service. This was my 1st time here & it definitely won't be my last!
