They said my cabin filter was dirty then plop an extremely dirty, blacken filter in front of me and asked if I wanted to change it. I choose to have it changed. After I paid for everything, I found my "dirty" filter on my passenger seat and it was not dirty. They never claimed that blacken filter was mine but it was a dirty sale tactic. It wasn't an accident that they did that because they did the same thing with a different dirty filter to another customer before me. Can't trust a company that will lie like that!

Had a great visit today with this crew. I took in our old Nissan Sentra that has 224,000 miles and still running. Not going to the Junk yard yet. I had the oil change and decided to give it a Radiator Flush. We never did that since we owned it and should of, could of, would of. The anti-freeze was caked into the radiator, and they suggested I get a new one ASAP. They flushed out the old fluid and took great care of the the lady's first car. I was impressed by the concern and professional advice they gave me to replace that old, rusted radiator soon. If we plan on keeping it any longer. I also asked for a tire rotation, and they had me out in about 25 minutes. Fast, professional, courteous and well mannered. All of them. Jessie, Sammy and Ceasar were TRUE ONES!!

I would avoid this service station. My engine caught fire on my way home after a routine transmission fluid service. The insurance investigator said the transmission hose split and fault could not be determined but the facts are that the engine started smoking within a few miles right after I left the Jiffy Lube station. I call Jiffy Lube and they indicated it’s just some burn off of fluid spill so don’t worry. Before I could get home, the engine was engulfed in flames. Just coincidence the transmission hose just happen to split on its own right after the transmission service they performed? Stay away from this facility is my obvious recommendation

This place was everything I needed getting ready for a road trip. Today was very busy due to Christmas shopping. Other places said three hour wait but I was able to get out in a very short time here. I received everything I needed today by professionals that took their job seriously. They were also very nice in customer encouters that I witnessed. I was also impressed because one employee came into the waiting room and removed an unattended drink cup on the floor by a chair. I did not deduct stars for the mediocre condition of the restroom. It was not disgusting or filthy but it had not been cleaned in awhile. I now am hitting the open road to home!!

Needed an oil change and decided to go to Jiffy since I'm familiar with it from my hometown. Got an oil change and my tire pressure checked. Very good customer service they help you with everything you need. The prices for an oil change have went up and I spent a little over $115 for it all. Labor was $58, it was worth it and I would go again. Just a little expensive
