Once again, I had a great experience with River City Lock and Key. They're the only company I've used at my home, which means I've been a customer for over 25 years. Today, my back door wouldn't open and I wanted an additional deadbolt (with a door handle replacement). As usual, they were punctual, polite, quick and reasonably priced. The back door was not such an easy fix, but everything works well now, and I couldn't be happier.

We had an awesome experience with River City Lock and Key! They rekeyed 5 doors, replaced a battery-operated code lock with a manual one, and made multiple keys for us all for under $340. Not only was the service and price great, but I love that their keys have their logo on them, which happens to be the San Antonio skyline! When I first called, I knew nothing about locks, but they patiently walked me through what we’d need and explained everything in simple terms. Highly recommend them for friendly, knowledgeable, and affordable service!

Business must be good because they don’t want my business. Seriously, closed on Saturday and Sunday and open M-F 8:30 AM – 5 PM? When most workers are at their job? I took my business to their competitor, Texas Safe and Vault, where I purchased a safe because they are open on Saturdays.
