Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had in Chicago! Billy and his team did an amazing job with my jeep. On the day that I brought it in Billy got an uber for me so I could safely get home, that kind of customer service is unmatched and truly is something you don’t see now a days! Very clear communication without mechanical jargon I wouldn’t understand & were consonantly in communication with me about my repairs. Not to mention they also threw in a complementary car wash & detail which makes it all that better!!! Cannot recommend this enough!

They took care of my claim smoothly and set it up with a rental car from down the street at Enterprise. The car came back super clean on the inside and basically brand new on the outside with repaired driver side doors. It had been all done in just over a week (rewaxed, rebuffed, and repainted on the outside). Great work on their part couldn’t ask for better service.

Only months after purchasing a 2025 Land Rover Discovery, we smashed up the front end of the vehicle in a collision with a deer on I-43 in Wisconsin. We were able to get the vehicle back to Chicago and I'm glad a did because River North Collision Repair made it as good as new, and not without extensive lobbying on our behalf with our insurance provider. They were relentless securing the insurance coverage needed to do the job right with all new factory parts. Since the repair, I took the vehicle to a Lexus dealership to explore trade value. The service lead said he didn't even notice the repair and had to double check after reviewing the CarFax report. In his words "it was an excellent repair." I couldn’t be happier with this place. I got a warm welcome by Eddie. He was very polite and took the time to explain the process of repairs after an accident. He also explained to me how the insurance part works. He gave me updates and my car was done within a week. New bumper and new trunk door.
