I am so sad to write this, as I have used Bert’s car wash for years. I’ve always had a great experience until the last three times. Today was the last day I’ll be coming to Bert’s. For the third time the inside of my car has looked almost exactly like it did when I got there. Today I had paid extra to have a spilled protein shake cleaned off the console of my car. I showed the man what I wanted to focus on and to my surprise it was still there when I got back inside. It looked like they didn’t even take a wet rag to my car. I decided to say something to the owner and asked to have it cleaned. To my surprise the second time around wasn’t much better. The owner was pretty flippant about it. Saying, “what can I say people don’t want to work anymore.” I give the stars because they did run my car through the automatic car wash, but this was a poor job and the last time I’ll go to Bert’s.

I’m really disappointed in this place to be honest. Giving 2 stars simply for the speed. But as far as the quality of their work, it’s pretty poor. Car still wet, no tire shine, neglectful vacuuming. I guess it’s ok for the average person who doesn’t care about their vehicle. But a better job could be done in your driveway. I prefer Glitz. Cheaper and 10x better

I’ve been driving past this car wash for years and finally stopped in—I wish I’d done it sooner. They’re awesome: super clean and fast. No wonder there’s always a line when they’re open. Plus, they give you a punch card every visit. Can’t wait to go back! Also the prices are pretty reasonable!

A good and affordable shop to get your car cleaned, and even detailed. The service is professional and quick. Convenient flow of your car to get washed. Location is close and easy access. I recommend this place for detailing as well.

Bert's Car Wash exceeded my expectations! The service was quick, the staff was friendly, and my car sparkled afterward. Highly recommend!
