0/10 Words cannot describe how awful this spa experience was. We went two days, day 1 was for pedicures, day 2 was for “massages” We walked in with VERY high expectations and we have all never been so disappointed and genuinely shocked by the disrespect and lack of professionalism. The first day we walked in, the lady at the front desk checked us in. We were only getting pedicures. She started walking to the back and we stood and waited (not once did she say “please follow me”she just walked away and expected us to follow) she came back and just stared at us till we started walking. She did the exact same thing when we got to the bathroom area (expecting us to know exactly what her next move was and to follow her even when she wasn’t saying any words to us) we got in to the bathroom where she showed us our locker, she said we can change into the robes. I asked if it was okay if i didn’t and she made the dirtiest look and laughed in my face. I’ve never met someone so unfriendly, uncommunicative and unhelpful. The pedicure service was good, no complaints about that service. The second day, we went back for our massages and it was the same girl sitting at the front desk. She did the same exact (walk away and not tell us to please follow or stuff about the spa procedures or normal stuff a spa should tell you) we sat in the lounge and waited for our service providers. My massage was awful. I wouldn’t even consider it a massage, the woman lightly rubbed my body for 30 minutes. No pressure, no technique, no attention to my concerns. She was extremely abrupt with her movements and would not warn me before throwing a new product on my face (warn me as in touch my shoulder or start SLOWLY putting it on at first), rushing through putting products on my face during the facial portion and it was freezing cold in the room. After a massage you should feel relaxed, i felt tense and worst then when i came in. Never again.

I had a wonder facial session with Mel! She educated me and made suggestions to adjust my cleansing routine. I really appreciate her knowledge of skin!!!

I've been to Riverstone multiple times for the same treatment. Never a bad experience but just left always felling meh, and not caring who i would see next visit due to inadequate massge/service in my opinion, it wasn't worth the cost. This past experience was much different. My massage therapist/mini facialist Carolina was absolutely AMAZING! she gave me an ACTUAL massage, not just a gentle rub with oil. She was extremely personable and pleasant. I will be booking all future appts with her. She made this mama's day off of relaxation amazing and I cannot thank her enough!
