I did not need a tow. tow truck was towing another car nearby and after he loaded the car and was backing out tow truck driver was going dangerously fast in the parking lot and rear ended my vehicle while i was parked and inside! you would think when operating a large flat bed extreme caution would be used but i suppose not. ive tried calling and nobody ever answers their phone.
