Rodrigo’s Craft Pizza is hands-down the best gluten-free pizza I’ve ever had, and I don’t say that lightly. My go-to order is the calzone, Margherita pizza, and burrata, and every single time it’s perfection. The dough is unreal (crispy, airy, and full of flavor—not that sad gluten-free substitute taste), the ingredients are incredibly fresh, and the portions are so generous that I always have leftovers. What really says everything is that my non-gluten-free family eats here with me and genuinely loves it. Beyond their Neapolitan pizza—which is super authentic (beautifully charred, not overly gooey, and made with fresh ingredients)—I want to highlight their hidden gem: the Nutella and banana dessert pizza. It was genuinely mind-blowing. The airy crust is similar to their savory pizzas but more indulgent, topped with crunchy pistachios, Nutella, and banana slices. If you prefer it less sweet, ask for half the Nutella. Overall, the service is efficient, and there’s a cute, cozy seating area in the back.

Absolutely amazing pizza! so flavorful and perfectly made. They offer gluten-friendly options, which I really appreciated. The place is comfortable, the music is great, and the staff is super friendly. Alex, the owner, is incredibly nice and welcoming. Even though I live 40 minutes away, it’s 100% worth the drive. Highly recommend!
