This was my first time shopping at Rooms To Go and for furniture in general so I was set in my mind to just look around by myself until I found what I liked. However, I was greeted with a smile and warm welcome by Tyler, who helped me get everything I needed. I told him what pieces of furniture I was looking for and I walked out with a nice traditional King Mattress, couch and dining room table. The store did have trouble with accessing my grandfather's account and I think the store could have offered a discount for the inconvenience. However, that had nothing to do with Tyler's service. He was kind, patient and very knowledgeable! Thank you,Tyler!

Michele was incredibly knowledgeable and did not waste my time at all trying to sell me something that I didn’t want. She is at the Durham store near former South Square. When I brought my father-in-law back to the store the next day to check out what she and I had narrowed everything down to, After speaking with him, she pretty much just narrowed it down to one chair. I don’t usually buy things at stores like this, but she was great.

I'm 79 years old. In early December 2025 I purchased an adjustable split king frame and two mattresses. Products were great and of excellent quality. Cost was just over $3500. Then comes the downer - delivery and set up. The local RTG store waived the delivery and set up fee. When the delivery came on the established date at the proper time, the first comment from the two delivery people was "We have to hurry and get on to our last delivery so we can get back home to do our Christmas shopping."(this was at 12:30 PM!). After removing the existing king bed mattresses and box springs (refused to take the standard metal king frame), they did not want to allow me to vacuum under the old bed before putting in the new frames until I insisted. They refused to install the headboard attachment kit that the RTG store here had suggested I buy (did not buy from them because I got a better price on Amazon for exactly the same product). I finally convinced them to let me quickly put it on before they set the frames in place since I am physically unable to move the frames and install by myself. They left the under-bed wiring in total disarray on the floor under the bed instead of carefully arranging it down the middle of the two unit and out of the way for any under-bed storage considerations. They removed none of the numerous tags from the frames or mattresses. Finally I discovered that they had dislodged part of my raised plant bed retaining wall near my front door at some time during their time here. Will never buy anything from RTG again that they have to deliver/install!

We had a great experience in the store today with Diane. She is without a doubt the best salesperson we have ever worked with in a furniture store (and maybe in any other kind of store!). She answered our questions and showed us around but was very relaxed and did not put any pressure on us to get anything we didn’t want. She made the process of picking out a bed very easy and stress free. We are so excited about our purchase and looking forward to having it delivered. Diane is the best!

Had the greatest shopping experience with Tyler over several different purchases. He was knowledgeable of the products and patient with dealing with me and my husband who definitely have different choices when it comes to picking out furniture. I was happy he was able to show us different styles so we could meet in the middle. I plan on returning to purchase more items. Not to mention he is one of the best smelling Salesman I ever met ( love his cologne (lol)
